DETAILS Directions
From our Bloxham office proceed south on the A361 to the mini roundabout turning left on to the Barford Road. Turn left after approximately 100 yards onto the Milton Road. Follow this road until the junction with the A4260 which is the main Oxford Road. Turn left and proceed to traffic lights, making a right turn on to the B4100. Continue along this road for approximately 2-3 miles whereupon you will enter the village of Aynho. Continue up through the village passing Aynho Park on the right. The property can be found on the left hand side on the edge of the village.

Situation
Aynho is a pretty village situated just inside the South Northamptonshire border to the south of the thriving town of Banbury which has shopping for all day to day needs, as well as numerous restaurants, places of worship and entertainment. The village is convenient for Junction 10 of the M40 Motorway providing swift vehicular access to Birmingham, the City and major International airports. Kings Sutton railway station is within two and a quarter miles and provides a service to London Marylebone (approximate journey time 82 minutes). Village life revolves around the Church of St Michael and All Angels with a tower dating from the 14th Century along with significant rebuilding in the English Baroque style in the early 18th Century, resembling domestic rather than ecclesiastical architecture. There are a number of active groups including the Aynho Community Theatre, Womens Institute and Recorded Music Society. The appropriately named 'Wiggles and Giggles' toddler group is provided for those with babies and pre-school children during term time. Church of England primary schools are found in nearby Croughton and Charlton as well as a primary school in Kings Sutton, all within approximately two miles of the property. The nearby Cartwright Arms Hotel provides a top class restaurant and range of real ales.
