A spacious traditional semi-detached home in a sought after location, on the edge of Clifton Green less than a mile from York City centre.

Situated just off the wonderful Clifton Green, the house has maintained its original character and traditional layout, though offers flexible accommodation should anybody wish to adapt or modify the layout. The property has overtime had various modernisations including gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Accessed at the front to a small vestibule and then spacious entrance hallway off which lead to each of the principal reception rooms. To the front is the lounge with bay window and gas feature fireplace, traditional cornicing and built-in bookcase and shelves in the deep alcoves. There is a second reception room, used currently as a sitting room which also has a feature fireplace with ornate decorative tiles, continued cornicing, picture rails and access to the rear garden via French Doors.
