Description

1 South Esplanade is believed to date from the 1850 s and showcases a handsome fa ade with elegant proportions of that period, justifying the Grade II listing. The current vendors have transformed the property from top to bottom. This modernised townhouse has been sympathetically renovated and is an opportunity not to be missed with a fantastic location on York Riverside.
