"A well presented, one bedroom maisonette tucked away in a quiet location just off Beckfield Lane. The area offers a variety of local amenities as well as access to the city centre, train station and outer ring road.

The property is accessed via a private entrance with stairs leading to the first floor. The lounge is found at the top of the stairs, it offers plenty of space for your living area as well as a desk for home working.
