"A quirky three bed cottage which sits proudly elevated on Studley Terrace, overlooking stunning views of Whitby harbour towards the Abbey. Located at the far end of Church Street ,near to Eskside Wharf , this property is only a short walk into town along the harbour side. There are several nice pubs en route making it a pleasant walk, with the option to rest and admire the view. Esk View Cottage is a well presented period property dating back to the 1800s with three floors of accommodation , harbour views from all 3 floors and a pretty double size garden to the rear with a decked seating area and timber store, a real rarity for such a central location. The cottage is the end one of two on the same section of the terrace, There is a small seating area to the front with space for some flower pots.

Entering the property there is a small lobby from which the stairs rise to the first floor. A door leads into the lounge which has a window to the front, affording a view of the river Esk , wooden flooring, a feature gas fire and a dining area .
