This substantial detached bungalow lies at the centre of the village that is surrounded by the North York Moors in the picturesque Esk Valley with rail links to Whitby to the East and Middlesborough to the West. The property was formerly Danby s GP Surgery and was converted into a residential home in 2007 that has over 1,500 sq ft of accommodation that benefits from having oil central heating and hardwood double glazing throughout. There is a spacious living room at the centre of the bungalow that has ample room for three sofas and has a dual aspect with six windows that flood the room with natural light. At one end there is an open plan kitchen diner that has a range of kitchen cabinets with integrated appliances and space for a dining table with seating for six. At the other end of the bungalow are the sleeping quarters comprising three double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, and two bathrooms including an en suite shower room and a family bathroom with a four piece suite.
