"Back in 1994 I was rescued from being a used cow shed and turned into a lovely barn conversion. Don't believe me? My owners have got the pictures so just ask. I'm in a fortunate position in that I'm very rural, in a very quiet and peaceful location, but only a few miles from the old A1 with easy links onto the A1 North and South. I'm about 9 miles from Thirsk and it's amenities including supermarkets and railway station with links to York, Darlington and destinations beyond. There is a great Primary School in the village and there are school buses to Thirsk and Ripon which run from Pickhill village, which also has the well known Nags Head Public House.

I have 5 bedrooms and my master bedroom, with en-suite shower room, has beautiful views over open fields to Pickhill Church. My large living room has a solid fuel stove to keep you warm on those cold winter nights, and also has views over open farm land towards Pickhill. My kitchen has room for a range cooker as well as having plenty of room for a dining table although you could also have a dining table in the large conservatory. I'm so pleased that my owners managed to keep my character with lots of features and beams as they really make me feel special.

Outside I have gardens to three sides, parking for two cars as well as a large hard standing and I also have a little orchard with some young apple trees.

The man from Ewemove says that whatever the season it would be a real pleasure to return home to the peace and tranquillity here after a hard day at the office.

I've also got 1.5 acres of land available to buy separately or you could have your horse or pony in livery on an adjacent property.
