"Three bedroom semi detached property in the Dales village of Rathmell. House bathroom plus master en suite and downstairs cloakroom. Low maintenance gardens to front, side and rear. Off road parking. Available with no onward chain. Internal viewing highly advised.

Entering through the front part glazed door is a welcoming hallway. To your left is the living room which is carpeted and has windows to front and side. There is space for an electric fire to centre but this could also house a wood burning stove, if so desired. To your right is a spacious dining kitchen which has an excellent range of wall and base units, complementary worktop and sink with mixer taps. Appliances include a single oven, ceramic hob, integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Space for a washing machine can be found in the adjoining utilty room which also provides access to a handy downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs are three bedroom and the family bathroom. The master bedroom faces the front and benefits from having an en suite comprising a shower, wash hand basin and wc. The family bathroom comprises part tiled walls, bath with shower over, wash hand basin, wc and a frosted window to front.
