"Two bedroom character cottage in the popular Dales village of Langcliffe. Open plan living dining kitchen. Gas fired central heating. Internal viewing highly advised.

To the ground floor is a spacious open plan living dining kitchen with laminate flooring, wooden fireplace with gas fire insert, staircase to first floor and windows to front and rear. The kitchen area faces the rear and comes with fitted wall and base units, worktop and sink with mixer tap. Appliances include a four ring gas hob and single oven. Space and plumbing are available to house an undercounter fridge and washing machine.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and the family bathroom. Bedroom one is a good size double room with fitted carpet and a window overlooking the front. Bedroom two is a single room with fitted carpet and window overlooking the rear. The House bathroom comprises part tiled walls, bath with shower over, wash hand basin, wc and a frosted window to rear.
