"Ouse Bank is an area of Selby that gives you easy access to the riverbank, town centre, dog and walking trails, access to open countryside and of course the fresh air the outdoors gives you. The Historic town of Selby has plenty of history and story's while giving you the modern amenities you need. The commuter and rail links are good, along with the local transport.

Lets go and have a look at the house... The aspect from the front of the house over looks the riverbank. Imagine yourself in the front garden listening to birds while taking in the fresh air from the river and looking at the Abbey. Take the dogs for a walk or just go for a quiet stroll?. Through the front door and you enter the lounge but don't be fooled this is a large room with an open plan feel that the staircase leads from. A decorative cast iron fireplace with a tiled hearth and glass double doors that lead to the dining room. Lots of space for your furniture too.

Into the dining room... a tradition cottage style with an open arch to the kitchen. You have a stone hearth that used to house an open fireplace that is now used as extra storage. The family will love this part of the house; it has a warm yet spacious feel and French doors that open onto the garden. The kitchen has a wonderful Range Master gas and electric oven, suitable for any large family or the parties I'm sure you will have.

The garden gives you access to the fields where the kids will love to play, or stay in the garden and relax in the summer sun with friends and family.

Lets go and have a look upstairs... With 2 bedrooms, both doubles and tastefully decorated, the upstairs is ideal for any growing family. There is a study area where the stairs lead to the second floor. The family bathroom which is larger than average. The second floor leads you to the loft room where there is plenty of space too.

Over all a fantastic first time home, or are you downsizing and want the peace, either way call now to book a viewing.
