"Tucked away on the edge of Brayton bordering farmland is this delightful Bungalow. Deceptively large, you will understand what I mean when you come and view, it is like a tardis. The corner plot offers this bungalow a large garden at the rear that is totally secure, private and enjoys the sun for most of the day.

Lets go and have a look.. Drive to the bottom of Stephens Way and to your right you will see the long drive, park up your car and walk past the many plant pots that give the entrance a colourful welcome, especially in the summer when the flowers are in full bloom. We enter the bungalow through the side door and walk straight into the kitchen and notice instantly how the room opens up into the lounge area. A good use of space that is serviceable and practical. The lounge could be your dining room linking it directly to the kitchen; I guess you will decide what works for you.

To your right is the hallway which all rooms lead from. Turn left and you enter the family room currently being used as a lounge diner. A wonderful light and airy room that you will just want to relax in. Through the large sliding doors and you enter the conservatory, which is a wonderful size and a room you will definitely use whether to relax, play or entertain in. Leave the conservatory through another set of large sliding doors and enjoy the terrace area of the garden, while the children of all ages let off steam in a safe environment. The gardener of the house will be in their element with a shed, decking and two greenhouses what more could you ask for.

Back in the lounge diner, the stairs lead you to the first floor bedroom, which overlooks the rear garden and the open farmers fields. A great room to get away from it all and just relax reading a book.

Lets go back to the hallway and check out the two further bedrooms and bathroom. The second bedroom is a double with a dressing room that overlooks the garden, the third is also a double with a window to the side elevation. The bathroom is also on the ground floor next to the two bedrooms.

So if you're looking for somewhere special to relax and rear your family. Somewhere with space both inside and out. Somewhere overlooking open pasture land. Come and take a look at this beauty. Call us to book a viewing at a time that best suits you.
