"3 Fell View sits in the much sought after village of East Witton, well away from the main road and backing onto open countryside. In a prime position over looking the village green, and with views to East Witton Fell, the property has been modernised and refurbished by the current owners in recent years. The three bedroom accommodation also benefits from off-road parking, plus front and rear gardens.

SITUATION Main line train services from Northallerton (19 miles) and Darlington (26 miles), Access to A1 north/south at Leeming Bar (13 miles) and airports are at Newcastle, Leeds/Bradford and Durham Tees valley Please note that all distances are approximate. Buses connect to Masham, Ripon, Bedale and Leyburn. AMENITIES East Witton is a pretty dales village set in Lower Wensleydale, just outside the Yorkshire Dales National Park. With it's traditional village green there is also a Church, village hall and the renowned public house and restaurant, The Blue Lion. Also less than a mile away is the award winning traditional public house The Cover Bridge Inn. The famous Brymore ice cream parlour and the historic Jervaulx Abbey are also less than two miles away. Less than two miles from the racing town of Middleham with it's mediaeval Castle, once home to Richard III, the market town of Leyburn is only four miles away and has several supermarkets, restaurants and public houses as well as a weekly market and twice weekly auction mart. There are primary schools at Middleham and Spennithorne and secondary schools at Leyburn and Richmond.
