"A delightful three bedroom property in a secluded sought after location which is rural and yet not remote, being on the edge of the popular village of Lothersdale. The area is recognised for its quality of countryside and is a Special Landscape Area.



Lothersdale is on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and has many interesting features. It has an active local community with a highly acclaimed primary school, pub and church. There is a good range of facilities in the nearby village of Cross Hills (2.5 miles) with shops, doctors surgery, good schools, eating places and police station. The regional hospital is a little further down the road. The local small towns of Skipton, Keighley, Ilkley and Colne are all within 10 to 20 minutes drive while the West Yorkshire and East Lancashire conurbations are within easy reach. Leeds and Manchester are within an hours drive, the motorway network 15 mins and the rail network 10 minutes. The Yorkshire Dales National Park and Forest of Bowland AONB are within easy reach as are many other areas for rural outdoor pursuits. There is an excellent local footpath network, including the Pennine Way.



The location is thus ideal for anybody who loves rural activities and nature (at least 30 bird species have been spotted in the garden) and/or likes to be within easy reach of commercial centres for their cultural and social facilities.
