Whistle House Farm is a Grade ll listed semi detached farm house that was completely refurbished in 2007 to present impressively appointed accommodation throughout including under floor heating to the ground floor, whilst retaining characterful features. Located at the end of a private lane shared with the neighbouring property, the gravelled driveway is gated and large enough to accommodate multiple vehicles in front of the detached double garage with electric doors. The central entrance opens to a reception hall with oak flooring that extends into the main sitting room with feature stone fireplace and housing a multi fuel burning stove. The breakfast kitchen with granite work surfaces and tiled flooring, has integrated appliances and a Rangemaster cooker.
