Externally there are front and rear gardens with a timber shed and parking for up to two cars. The property also benefits from double glazing throughout and gas central heating.

SITUATION Northallerton 8 miles, Richmond 15 miles, Darlington 25 miles, Harrogate 28 miles, York 38 miles and Leeds 52 miles. A1 (M) 1.5 miles. Services for the East Coast rail line can be found at nearby Northallerton and Darlington. National and International flights at Leeds Bradford Airport. Please note all distances are approximate. AMENITIES Bedale is a historic market town and offers a good range of shops, a good selection of cafes and pubs, doctors surgery, post office, leisure opportunities and a number of churches. Educational opportunities include a primary school and Bedale High School. A regular bus service operates throughout the nearby villages and towns.
