2. The house is well insulated and this makes it easy to heat and it always feels cosy. The gas and electricity bills are very reasonable for the property.
3. I love the location of this property as there is barely any passing noise, this makes it very peaceful and safe, especially at night.
4. The location is rural enough to be peaceful but that within 5-10minutes you have access to excellent amenities, including great local shops and access to main motorways with links across the entire central belt.
5. As a keen walker, I love that there are so many beautiful walks both within and around the village. It`s also within a short drive including the Clyde falls at New Lanark, Tinto Hill, Strathclyde country park and Chaterhault Country Park.
