The property is an early 19th century period cottage conveniently situated at the northern end of the village. It is double glazed throughout, was re-roofed in 2008 and was completely refurbished in 2012 including new kitchen, shower room and upstairs toilet, re-wiring with generous provision of sockets, re-plumbing and installation of gas central heating. Refurbishment also involved a Dimplex Optiflame stove for the feature fireplace, LED lights in the living room and kitchen, and new period style internal doors.
