SUMMARY
A detached fully refurbished bungalow with bright, fully updated accommodation having undergone a complete make-over. Offers three bedrooms, is gas centrally heated, new kitchen and shower room, fully redecorated, new carpets and floorings throughout.


DESCRIPTION
A detached bungalow in the well serviced village of Necton. The property has undergone a complete refurbishment from top to bottom. The list of works done is available on request at William H Brown Swaffham office but to name just a few it has had a new central heating system which includes a new boiler and radiators, all internal doors replaced, all UPVC double glazed windows and doors (all the above was replaced in November 2009). A new kitchen and a new shower room were installed in 2010. There are new carpets and floorings throughout and the property has been fully redecorated throughout. From Swaffham town centre take Norwich Road out of town and at the roundabout with Macdonalds turn right onto A47 in the direction of Norwich. After a couple of miles turn right into the village of Necton. Follow the road through to middle of the village taking a right hand turn into North Pickenham Road. Take a second right into Masons Drive and follow the road to the end of the road. Turn left into Farm Walk where the property can be found on the left hand side.
