Colegate is set in the heart of the city and is perfect for those wanting to experience the best the city centre has to offer. Only a few minutes walk from Tombland with its choice of bars and restaurants, there is easy access into the "Norwich lanes" which offer an eclectic mix of independent shops, cafes and galleries set within a charming mix of Tudor, medieval and Victorian buildings.On the riverside path you can wind your way around the centre of Norwich passing some pretty riverside pubs, to the North this leads to the Riverside development with restaurants a cinema and access to the Mainline Station to London Liverpool Street. Heading south takes you out towards the twenty six miles of paths that make up Marriott's Way loved by runners and cyclists. Dating from the 1780's where the property can be traced back to being a Weavers cottage, this town house is a beautiful find.
