"The main attraction for us was what we saw outside - the views !! and the location" is what attracted the owners to their property. Situated in the popular broadland village of Hickling, where you are within easy reach to Hickling Broad and the popular beaches of Sea Palling and Waxham are within a 5 - 10 minute drive away. The owners comment on "the village has an excellent family friendly village lifestyle, with 2 country pubs and Hickling Barn that offers lots of activities for everyone". The owners like that their property comes with a multi fuel burner in the living room and this is a major selling feature for them in the winter. In the summer they say" they love sitting in the garden looking over the fields where they can see a wide variety of wildlife".
