"A well appointed detached house situated a cul-de-sac in the popular village of Fleggburgh. The property has a great family 'feel' with a host of features including three double bedrooms (originally being four bedrooms) with an en suite to the 22' master bedroom, family bathroom and a galleried landing. The ground floor has been opened up into a beautiful living space with a good sized 22' living room which leads out to the conservatory and an 'L' shaped kitchen diner with a well equipped facilities to include a centre island and fitted units. There is a ground floor cloakroom, oil fired central heating, double glazed throughout, double garage with a utility area, generous garden and a driveway for several cars. DIRECTIONS
From Great Yarmouth proceed north and on reaching the Caister bypass roundabout take the first exit onto a section of dual carriageway and continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit and proceed through the village of Filby and onto the village of Fleggburgh. On entering the village, after the sports centre turn right onto Tower Road and continue along and turn left at the 'T' junction. Church View is the first road on the left.
