From Diss take the A140 towards Norwich.  At the Dickleburgh roundabout turn right and carry on through the village, past the village shop and straight on to the very outskirts of the village.  Just before reaching the A140 again, turn right into Semere Green Lane and the property will be found approximately 200-300 yards on the left hand side.

This delightful period cottage offers many period features, a large lounge with open fire and a large dining room/family room opening onto the gardens.  Upstairs the bedrooms offer character studwork and beams with typical tiny bathroom.  Access to the attic room allows additional space for storage/accommodation.  Outside the mature gardens offer patio areas, a rampant vine in the attached greenhouse and quiet open views.

The nearby village of Dickleburgh offers local amenities, which include corner shop and including Post Office, public house and pre-school and primary school.  In addition there is easy access to the A140 to Norwich and Diss where the main line station runs between Norwich and London, Liverpool Street.

The Agents recommend an early inspection to appreciate the charming accommodation and location offered by this Grade II listed property.
