There is an attached single garage and off street parking in front for two cars with lawn beside the drive separating the property from the street. Gated side access leads to the rear garden, which is mostly lawned with paved patio and is open to field views to the rear. The property benefits from double glazing and oil-fired central heating and is available unfurnished from mid-April.

Upon entering Swanton Morley from Dereham proceed through the village passing the Angel Public House on the left hand side and shortly afterwards turn right in to Bedingfield Road.
