" Sowerbys are pleased to offer a unique opportunity to acquire this prominent Grade II Listed property, overlooking Church Plain in the ever popular village of Mattishall. Dating back to the early nineteenth century and originally built as a gentleman's residence with an adjacent Taylor's Shop; the property enjoys a traditional Georgian appearance with sash windows, a central panelled door and a pan-tile roof. Behind the handsome colour washed brick façade, there is approximately 4,000 sq/ft of accommodation which provides opportunities in not only the residential market, but also as an investment, with a commercial unit and scope for further development within the site available.

The property is currently sub-divided in to two residential lettings units, which could easily be returned to one formidable residence if required. Adjoining the main house is the commercial part of the premises, with an attractive office/shop front facing the Church. MATTISHALL The popular village of Mattishall is about 9 miles to the west of Norwich and 4 miles from the market town of Dereham.
