HOCKERING is a village ideally situated for easy access to Norwich which is only 10 miles away. Amenities include a post office/general store, a public house and petrol station. Dereham is about 6 miles away.

From Dereham proceed east along the A47 towards Norwich until reaching the village of Hockering. Turn left into the village, continue along The Street and turn left into Heath Road. Proceed out of the village for approximately half a mile outside the village. The property can be found on the left identified by our William H Brown "For Sale" sign.
