" A spacious detached residence set in impressive grounds in a discreet yet highly convenient location within walking distance of both Cromer town centre and the glorious coastline.  

Predominantly set across a single floor the well-proportioned accommodation extends to over 1100 sq. ft. In addition to this is a first floor area, currently accessed via retractable steps, which consists of two further rooms both with windows. This area provides excellent potential for further accommodation if you desire. Whilst the property is dated in general it offers extensive potential to improve and extend subject to relevant consents and the plot certainly warrants this.

The theatre hosts a wide variety of shows, from March to the end of December and is home to a modern Lifeboat, which is launched from the end of the pier slipway. Cromer is renowned for its award winning sandy beaches and its famous Cromer Crabs. Other attractions include a cinema, Amazonia Zoo and the Cromer Museum and Lifeboat Museum. The town has its own railway station with a good service to Norwich and other prime amenities including a hospital, doctors surgery, dental surgery, library and the Royal Cromer Golf Club (18 hole).
