A semi-detached, two bedroom house set in a popular residential area of Cromer. On the ground floor there is a well-proportioned lounge and fitted kitchen. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The rear and front gardens are mostly laid to lawn with some bedding areas and shrubs.


DESCRIPTION
A spacious semi-detached ex local authority house set within a residential street and just under a mile away from the town centre of Cromer which is very well served by a range of amenities from shops, cafes, pubs, cinema and the award winning Blue Flag beaches and promenade.
