A bright and airy three bedroom detached bungalow in the heart of Ellingham and an unusual inner secluded sun trap courtyard and garden. The property also benefits from two reception rooms with off road parking and carport.

The Property
One enters the property through a obscure glazed door into the entrance hall. To the right one enters into a good sized dining room with double doors leading out into the inner courtyard which we are informed is a real sun trap and access into this courtyard can also be gained via the sliding doors in the sitting room. A door leads one into the kitchen which has white high gloss wall and base units and a black worktop and incorporates a wine rack. There is space for a washing machine and fridge/freezer. There are also two built in cupboards perfect for either a pantry or storage. The back door leads out onto the driveway with access to the rear garden. The sitting room has french doors with windows either side overlooking the enclosed garden and an electric fire and hearth. Back down the corridor one enters the bathroom which has a three piece white suite with electric shower over the bath with practical ceramic tiling to the floor. The third bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom also has built in wardrobes and overlooks the front garden as does the second bedroom which completes the accommodation.

Outside
Approaching the property there is a front garden mainly paved but interspersed with attractive bushes and there is tandem parking for two vehicles and carport. One can gain access to the rear garden where there is a sizeable shed and the garden is laid to lawn.

Mill Close is in the heart of Ellingham The village has a local shop/newsagents, primary school, playground, church and the well know ´Olive Tree´ restaurant.
