"Spacious house situated in a cul-de-sac of Keith. The property benefits from spacious room sizes throughout, a shower room and separate bathroom, enclosed front and rear gardens and has recently been neutrally decorated. This would be an ideal first time purchase or investment opportunity.

Entering from the front of the property there is a spacious vestibule which would be ideal for additional storage space and opens into the kitchendining room.

The kitchen is well equipped with a number of storage cupboards and ample work top space. Open-plan with the kitchen is the dining room which allows for dining and entertaining space.

There is door access from the kitchen into the spacious lounge which has patio doors overlooking the rear garden and woodland.
