Ben Alisky is an impressive and substantial detached house, built in the 1970s. This outstanding house is spacious and private yet it is situated right in the heart of one of Speyside and Moray's most desirable villages. The property is constructed of harled block under a pitched tiled roof and provides spacious and well appointed accommodation over a single storey. Reception hall, Sitting Room, Games Room, Breakfasting kitchen, Utility Room, Rear Hall with Boiler Room, Study/5th Bedroom, Bathroom, Shower Room, FOUR Double Bedrooms (master to the en suite) and a singl eand a double garage. The house is in a good condition with excellent decor throughout. Large windows give the house a light and airy atmosphere whilst the open plan sitting room and games room with feature fireplace, along with the reception hall and master bedroom are particularly impressive. The rooms in general are of a generous size and the bathrooms have all been updated recently to a very high standard. The house benefits from mains services, is heated using gas fired central heating and is double glazed. Outside, the house sits in a large, landscaped secluded garden which is predominantly laid to lawn. The garden is fully enclosed by a high stone wall and tall evergreen hedge. There are plum, apple and pear trees and some attractive mature trees including delightful cherry on the lawn.
