One of Scotland’s most iconic long distance walking routes, The Speyside Way, passes by literally within metres of the property, giving access to miles of walking routes. Indeed, it is possible to walk, following the course of the River Spey to its outflow at Spey Bay (where dolphins are regularly seen) without walking on roads.
