The property is a pretty detached bungalow located in a prominent corner position on the junction with Western Road, on the much favoured Western side of Abergavenny, only yards from delightful rural walks along country lanes and with Nevill Hall hospital being a few hundred yards walking distance away. A current bus service runs alongside the property into the centre of this ancient market town approximately two thirds of a mile away.
