"Detached bungalow with two bedrooms and conservatory. Benefits include shower room, UPVC double glazing, double garage, parking and gardens.
Haven Way is a charming established residential area located on the very fringe of Abergavenny on the more favoured westerly side of this ancient market town. Approximately a mile from the town centre and only a few yards away from delightful rural walks around the Pentre Lane area.
Abergavenny itself is a thriving market town offering excellent shopping facilities including a Waitrose supermarket as well as many individual shops, the benefit of a main line railway station and excellent road links with the A40, A4042 and A465 trunk routes all converging on the town.
The property is a most attractive detached bungalow which enjoys lovely views over the surrounding countryside especially towards The Blorenge, St Mary's Vale and The Deri. It has recently been the subject of considerable upgrading including replacement of the kitchen and it also has the benefit of UPVC double glazing. The accommodation comprises two reception rooms, conservatory, kitchen, two bedrooms, shower room and separate cloakroom. The garden has been laid out for ease of maintenance but retains a wealth of mature shrubs and trees whilst the bungalow also has the benefit of both the double garage and a brick paviour parking area.
This is a delightful bungalow both inside and out and we would strongly recommend all prospective purchasers carry out a personal inspection in order to fully appreciate its many attributes.
