"A new detached 3/4 bedroom property constructed to a high standard by R A Howard & Sons, a local builder of good repute. The property of two storey chalet design is situated in a quiet location in a small cul de sac of three new properties off Marwood Drive in a well established residential area of this popular village. The house will be fitted with gas fired central heating and UPVC double glazing and the general specification is attached. Some internal choices can be made by the purchaser such as choice of fixtures and fittings, whether they require a combined dining room/kitchen, whether they wish for En suite facilities off the bedrooms etc. The property has a pleasant easily maintained garden and there is a spacious detached brick and tile single garage.
