"Situated on the sort after Redrow development is this four bedroom detached family home. Entered into a hallway with a staircase rising to the first floor landing and doors leading off to the lower floor accommodation. There are two doors to storage cupboards providing ample storage and a door leading through to the downstairs WC. The WC is fitted with a white two piece suite with close coupled WC and wash hand basin, tiled flooring and splashback and an obscure window to the front elevation. The lounge has box window to the front, laminate flooring, a feature electric fire with marble hearth, coving to ceiling and double doors leading through to the kitchen diner. The kitchen diner has been fitted with a matching range of base and eye level units with roll top workspace over units.
