From our Cowbridge offices travel in a westerly direction up the High Street filtering onto the A48 heading towards Bridgend. Follow the A48 and on reaching the large Waterton roundabout, just outside Bridgend, take the 1st exit heading along the A48 bypass. At the next roundabout (about half a mile), go straight across (there will be a turn off on the right for Tesco's etc retail park) and pass under the railway bridge and get into the right hand lane to go right at the traffic lights, about 200 yards further on. You enter the Ewenny Road past Brynteg School on the left and about half a mile on take the first road on the left which will be Brynteg Avenue (just before the Roman Catholic Church which is on the right). The property is about 300 yards down, on the right and opposite the road 'Brynteg Gardens.'"
