It is entered via a stained glass door to the entrance hall with staircase rising to the first floor landing and stripped solid wood door leading through to the lounge. The lounge has bespoke built in units to the alcoves, a window to the front enjoying views over the valley and a living flame effect gas fire with a cast iron surround, a doorway leads through to the kitchen area which has been fitted with a matching range of base and eye level units, a stainless steel sink unit, space for fridge and integrated gas hob. Tiled flooring, dual aspect windows to the side and rear and an obscure double glazed door to the garden, a doorway leads through to the second living area which has PVCU double glazed window to front and coving to ceiling.

The shower room has a white three piece suite with vanity unit wash hand basin, window to the rear and coving to ceiling.
