"Situated on Heol Spencer in the historic Coity village, is this impressive five bedroom detached residence.

The property, entered via a door to the hallway which has staircase to first floor landing, under stairs storage cupboard and doorways leading off to the lower floor rooms. The lounge has window to front and double glazed doors to the patio area. It has coving to ceiling and decorative electric fire with a granite hearth and contemporary surround. The study has window to front, coving to ceiling and ample plug and telephone points. The kitchen/diner is fitted with matching range of base and eye level units with roll top work surfaces over units. One and a half bowl stainless steel sink unit with swan neck mixer tap.
