"We think it's fair to say that in this instance you can judge a book by its cover- for you can't deny this house has the kerb appeal many a homeowner would envy., and the content inside is no let down either.....

Presentation In fact it's a bit of a show house. A lot of one actually. The current owner, our client has lived here some 30 years so wherever they're moving to must be pretty special. In fact as agents preparing our write up we're a little unsure as to how to categorise all the features, the extensions and volumes of little extras that make this not just very comfortable with the feel of the 'exclusive'. Pictures always paint more.. We'll start at the beginning although we'll attempt to let a selection of photos do the talking, confident that a quality home such as this, will, inevitably attract an appreciative buyer. So to the hall. Gorgeous. Absolutely lovely. Solid cherry wood, radiator cover and lit display niche and wall light, a wider area for furniture to the further end and with access to a cloakroom

(loo and basin) and onto and into the garage. Entertaining rooms There's a charming front room with a curved bay and curved radiator to match and a handsome Elgin & Allan styled fireplace. A beautiful living room stands to the rear, a room, like the dining room, in soft colours and furnishings. Here there are French doors which open to decking (with up lights) and to the garden beyond.. There's a fireplace here too. Kitchen Diner This kitchen diner is exceptional. This is a nearly new (looks new!) Panorama kitchen with granite work tops and gloss white units. The granite is moulded to the drainer, is also used as the splash back for the cooker and extends, at a lower level than the work top, to a breakfast bar for four. A combo of background lighting, ceiling spot lighting and reflected light off the polished floor tile add something special. A wide brushed steel multi fuel oven (with a five ring gas burner) and extractor to match is one focal point of a few. There are two integrated larder fridges and of course a dish washer. Patio doors and a window from here open to an extensive decked area that stretches around to the living room and across the width of the house. First floor delights Upstairs and and it's like walking into a rather exclusive 5* bijoux hotel. Beautiful furnishings and decor, impeccable oak effect wood flooring and with wall to wall wardrobe furniture to the two double bedrooms, whilst the third is both pretty and well designed with an integrated bed with under storage, wardrobe and bedside furniture to match. The bathroom is large and has an enviable built in vanity display creating a stream line effect along with useful storage whilst hiding the plumbing work too, of course. Plenty of light, both natural - with two windows - and down lighting - in fact three switches for, we guess, three moods. A rather sumptuous corner bath has a shower over too. Smartly wrapped ...and back to that book cover: a boundary wall topped with wrought iron railings and with gates to match. A neat front lawn and an even neater threshold and entrance - all in double glazing.
And the accommodation doesn't finish here. There is the integral garage as well as a converted, original garage which would make a great home study/ studio or even a simple playroom when the kids stuff takes over - in any event, all important extra space above and beyond what is already a much larger than first appears semi. Outside ...and finally to the garden: a garden and extensive decking which benefits from sun in some part during the day. The garden is immaculate as the interior and you can see has been enjoyed as much, and for that cared for as much, over those thirty years. An absolute credit.
