"This is a property requiring comprehensive refurbishment. A three bedroomed semi with a garage and central heating. The property stands vacant for block viewing.

Good indicator The property stands along Marston Close, a close where few houses come for sale. We ourselves have only sold three here in the last twelve years...a good sign that homeowners are happy where they are.... Position The Oxton postcode for Marston Close is an important feature. Important for schools and of course the ever popular St Saviours primary school is but a short walk. Handy 7 central Oxton Village itself is around about three minutes by car only, whilst Prenton with its' supermarkets' is about the same. Internal So to the accommodation. This comprises a separate hall opening up to an open plan through lounge and dining room with the kitchen area also open plan to the dining area. A certain amount of remodelling could alter the arrangement to suit, perhaps making one or two of the rooms separate. There'll be room enough too for a conservatory.
