"An orangery was added just a few years ago which adds a not only a feature attraction but a very practical one too. Besides this there's an awful lot more packed into this absolutely gorgeous town house like: cloakroom facilities, en suite and built in wardrobes, two allocated parking bays nearest the house, astro' turf and decking to maintenance free outside space.....

Over and above this, this house is gorgeous. It's light, bright, appealing in its sense of neutral contemporary wall and floor coverings, stylish in it the form of the orangery opening through and into the refurbished kitchen; altogether totally welcoming as well as immaculate. So, from a practical point of view and as you can see from the floor plan below, there's small hall area (with loo off), a front living room, this smart kitchen and added orangery giving full privacy to one side and a clear glass roof and double doors to the garden. There are three bedrooms, bathroom and en suite to the first floor. Of course the property has pvc double glazing and gas central heating as well as this ever useful extra parking to the right hand side of the property. This is a leasehold property with a nominal annual ground rent. Our opinion First class, top drawer, five stars. What more can we say, other than there's no surprise we had the right client to buy it before it went to market. Locator A popular spot close to the Townfield Lane primary.
