"The top floor of this particular converted Victorian building allows for some great views (on a clear day) over to the Liverpool skyline from two windows (kitchen and bedroom) and a fab view above the trees and most other building that surround No 40 within Oxton. Now vacant, here's the invitation to come and take a look....

And of course 'Victorian' normally means at least some features ought to have been saved in the flat conversion, and sure they have. Look out for the front door for a start, the coloured original tiling to the threshold and the especially detailed cornice in the communal hall. Then take the stairs to this top floor or second floor apartment where you'll see quite a wide communal hall for just flats No.8 and No.9 New carpets run through from the hall to the living room and bedroom; that alone creates a feeling of space. However both the living room and bedroom of pretty impressive dimensions in any case and all the natural light at this height also helps to this feeling of space. The kitchen maybe on the narrow side, however more than adequate, dare we say for a first time buyer or chef. The living room however has plenty of room for table and chairs as well as sofas and more. We were particularly impressed with the size of the bedroom - see our floor plan below; giving plenty of room for storage units. Meanwhile the bathroom is fresh and a decent size too. Outdoors and there is a communal garden and off road parking, both being fairly well camouflaged from the road by trees and hedging. Locator You're probably no more than a ten minute walk right into the centre of the Village - right up to the bar in the OBAK or The Courtyard. Altogether a very handy position in Oxton, standing on the corner of Shrewsbury Road. For Sat Nav: CH43 2JP. Tenure Property is leasehold with a remaining 61 years left. Annual maintenance cost is approx ?380 which includes building insurance, utility costs and cleaning for communal areas and there is an annual ground rent of ?50. Repair cost if necessary to the building are divided between the 9 flats. We are advised that pets are allowed and that the garden area is communal. Please clarify the details of the lease with your solicitor prior to exchange of contracts.
