"There may not be a tennis court with "Wimbledon" - a unique detached bungalow, a swimming pool complex does however come as standard! This property is offered to the market with NO CHAIN and really should be viewed to fully appreciate the size of the accommodation within not to mention its highly desirable residential location. The bungalow itself (which is dormer in style) is accessed via a long leafy driveway directly off Noctorum Road itself and sits in mature and private walled gardens. Agents Notes
"Wimbledon" is what we like to refer to as a hidden gem - situated at the end of a long private driveway off arguably one of the most desirable roads in the east Wirral Area. The location does cause some confusion locally, some say Noctorum and others Oxton but still very popular either way.Noctorum Road itself offers a wide variety and mix of property from elegant Victorian and Edwardian detached homes to modern executive houses and bungalows the majority of which enjoy mature and established grounds - giving this area a real green and leafy feel.Local shops, bars, pubs and eateries can be found a short drive or slightly longer walk away on Oxton Village which itself is a Conservation area. There is an excellent choice of primary and secondry schools in the area including the renound Birkenhead School which is within walking distance and Birkenhead Sixth Form Colleage can be found in neighbouring Claughton. There is also a wide variety of recreational persuits in close proximity including Wirral Ladies Golf Club which is within swinging distance! Not to foget West Kirby marine lake for water sports of a gentle walk. The closest train stations are Upton, Bidston and Birkenhead Park all of which provide excellent and frequent services to Liverpool and Chester and the the M53 can easily be joined at Prenton or Bidston for access to both of these beautiful cities and Manchester and North Wales beyond.
