"Very few traditional semis come along for sale along this particular stretch of Grosvenor Road, always a good sign..Plenty of reasons why too as far as we can see - like the very private and very pleasant open aspect to both the front and the rear of the house; like the very private rear garden; in particular, for the easy walk to a variety of schools such as BHSA, Prenton Prep, St Anselm's and, of course for the traditional and very popular layout of accommodation...

A feature of a handful of these homes are the wood block floors and the partly stained glass windows set in sandstone mullions to the front of the house. An added benefit of this particular home is the under the stair cloakroom facility and the open kitchen breakfast room

(with its behind the sink garden view and pvc french doors). There are, of course, two handsome and separate entertaining rooms, the front room with its bay window, the rear living with its oak fire surround (contemporary fire piece) and french door to the rear garden. = First floor Upstairs and there are three bedrooms, all with their own character, with a special note of the third bedroom and its pretty oriel window (and view). Meanwhile the bathroom is a generous size and comes with a separate loo. Back downstairs and you can pick out the richness of the wood block floor in the hall as you come down the stairs. This extends throughout the ground floor, other than for the kitchen area. Outside There's a lovely backcloth of a couple of distant trees from way beyond the rear boundary that offer an appealing aspect as you draw up to the house. We've taken a photo' of the front garden area to show off this relatively private frontage - it's the last photo on our slide show. And behind the midway gates is a fairly new block paved drive way that extends beyond the side of the house and around to make up the rear patio that leads up to the french doors of the living room. It's all very very pleasant. Locator We've mentioned the proximity of the schools, which is why most families are happy to be rooted for so long. It's a handy spot for pretty much all other facilities too.
