"So much to highlight here on this immaculately presented home starting with its position. Set back along a slip road to Ashburton yet importantly at the beginning of the slip road - best of both worlds then, with easy access out on to the main road (parking for two cars side by side, and set well back from the main the road itself). Handy and useful, but just come and take a look inside......

For this is not just a charming house but a spacious one too. Take a look at the most inviting of halls with its polished wood block floor; to both the finish and size of the new kitchen and open plan breakfast room, to the acres of quality worktops and ample wood grained units and appliances; (note the utility and downstairs toilet). Look out for (not that you could miss it) the deep bay window in the front living or dining room and to the proportion of the rear living room with private garden view and more original wood block flooring - all very splendid and very well presented accommodation. The standards of which do not slip as you take the stairs past an attractive half landing window to a large main landing area. Up here and you'll find three really good sized double bedrooms; the 'master' bedroom with a deep bay window, wall to wall fitted wardrobes and a view of the Liverpool skyline. You must check out the measurement of the fourth 'single' bedroom too - much bigger than standard, which is why we have taken a photo from both directions - bigger even with fitted wardrobe furniture too.
