"A bright, well presented, easy to manage, fun to live in, pleasant home standing on the sunny side of the road with a wide decked patio (paramount for the impending summer!) and lawn...

Introduction ...and as you can see from the front photo nice and well screened from the road at ground level. This modern Barratt built semi stands on a fairly small housing estate built about 10 years ago. Established, there is a friendly community atmosphere about the place...an aspect our clients can share with you. There's a hall to these homes with a very useful cloakroom off. The living room in this particular property is contemporarily decorated with feature wallpaper on one wall, a fireplace to the other and an oak styled floor covering too. A door from here opens to particularly bright rear kitchen with dining area. The sun was pouring onto the decking and through the double opening upvc doors in here when we arrived, dazzling the kitchen - great. The kitchen has hob, oven and extractor as standard and more than enough units and work tops as well as plumbing etc..
