DESCRIPTION No chain. A tremendous home with tremendous accommodation! Not least for the giant sized family kitchen/diner with an envious range of units and appliances and with utility off. Two bathrooms, six bedrooms, two really good size entertaining rooms and conservatory and a very welcoming feature hall. Last but by no means least its on the sunny side of the road! GROUND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION A smart glazed front door with leaded and coloured glasswork with a window over opens to a vestibule. This has a tiled floor and a further door to a charming hall. HALL This feature hall has an oak fireplace with inset mirror and floral tiling either side of an open cast fireplace. The deep pvc window into a bay with a radiator below - ideal space for a study area. Another radiator and a cloaks area leads on to a shower room. SHOWER ROOM This recently refurbished shower room, has a circular shower tray; a vanity bar with inset basin and useful storage below including the cistern to the toilet. A fireplace with a marble hearth and background and a living flame fire. Two radiators, a selection of down lighters, a pvc external door both to the conservatory and to the utility. UTILITY 2.54m(8'4'') x 2.44m(8'0'') With matching granite effect worktop with white sink unit, base unit, plumbing for washing machine, wall units, radiator, pvc window and an external door. CONSERVATORY 5.49m(18'0'') x 2.95m(9'8'') With floor to ceiling clear windows maximising the views on to the garden and with double opening doors, a tiled floor and power.
. FIRST FLOOR ACCOMMODATION With an oak staircase leads to a landing with radiator and pitch pine doors to the following accommodation. BEDROOM ONE 4.93m(16'2'') x 4.57m(15'0'') A very pleasant double bedroom measuring into pvc bay window with a radiator below. Wall light.
