"Tucked away on Curlender Close is a two bedroomed end terrace property which has been lovingly maintained by its current owner and has been a very happy home for the past twelve years. With all you'd want from your first time buy - or, indeed, from your buy to let - this property has already accumulated quite an interest.

Approach Curlender Close is found off Townsend Street and is therefore situated perfectly for any commuters needing handy access to Birkenhead Centre, or, indeed, Liverpool. Handy also for the supermarkets at the end of the road - for that forgotten pint of milk, or packet of cereal in the morning. Space enough for the car to the front of the house and a couple of steps lead up to the front door and subsequent hallway. The sitting room enjoys light from both the large bay window to the front, and when the kitchen door is opened, from the French doors to the garden. A good sized sitting room - big enough for the corner sofa, TV and other essentials. Passing through to the dining room and kitchen, there's a pretty view out to the garden and a good space for the dining table. And on from here, is the well equipped, modern kitchen. Brightened, again, by the windows to both the rear and side aspect. Whereas this is a two bed end terrace, of which you'd expect the bare minimum, it is definitely worth noting just how much this property has to offer - rare is it that you get a designated dining area - with an attractive aspect and a quirky feel - as well as a completely separate sitting room - a big tick, in our humble opinion! First Floor Up to the first floor, and you'll see that our client has made use of the size of the landing, having enough room for a piece of furniture. The generous master bedroom sits to the front, whilst the second double is located to the rear. There is a tiled, three piece family bathroom suite which completes the first floor. Externals We've mentioned the car space to the front, but to the rear is a charming garden, with various sections including decking, flagged spaces, a water feature and a compost spot. With a sunny aspect, this is a perfect location for your next barbeque.
