3 Dolphin Close is thought to have been built during the 1970s of cavity wall construction, faced in reconstructed stone beneath a tiled roof.

Elevated slightly above the road, the property affords a nice outlook across the old town with partial sea views, and is conveniently positioned for Lyme Regis town centre and the seafront, occupying a quiet cul de sac position and benefitting from parking to the front of the property.
