History 
This house was built in 1750 as a workhouse, it burnt down in 1805 and was rebuilt in 1817 when it became a public house, hence the name the White Horse, the property was then converted to flats and then back into one dwelling in the late 1990's

Heckington Village 
The property occupies a delightful position overlooking the church and is within convenient walking distance of all of the amenities including schooling, doctors surgery, public houses, a restaurant and shops. The busy market town of Sleaford with its shops and grammar schooling is within four miles. From Sleaford, Grantham is easily accessible and has access to the A1 as well as the east coast mainline rail link to London (Kings Cross).

Directions 
From Sleaford proceed eastwards along the A17 in the direction of Boston. After approximately four miles, take a turning on the right signposted Heckington and continue into the village on the High Street. In the centre of the village turn left into Church Street and the property will be situated directly opposite the church on the left hand side.
